Hey y’all! The first album released by Grover Anderson & the Lampoliers is now officially out in the world. Live at the Harvard Mixer Ball, Vol. 1 was released December 4th on all digital streaming platforms. We’re very excited to share this album, especially for folks who haven’t had the opportunity to see the band live (aka…almost everyone outside of Northern California). Sure, you might have streamed the version of “Both Broken” that I recorded alone in my bedroom in 2010, but we’ve been playing this upbeat dance version for years now, and I think it’s way more fun. There are also two songs, “Gratuitous” and “Tom Horn,” that were previously unavailable in recorded form.
Since Live at the Harvard Mixer Ball, Vol . 1 is the first album we’ve released as a band, we wanted to do something really special. I’m very excited to have my first ever vinyl album. We can deliver them locally, hold for pickup, or ship anywhere in the US. They’re also available for retail purchase at Books on Main and Murphys Irish Pub in Murphys, CA.
